I don't care for it either. The intensity of the signal makes it an interesting piece to own but I don't care for listening to sine tones especially when loaded with 3rd harmonics. Boring.

It doesn't work that way. The larger one will not "die sooner" or "work harder". Really the difference is the sum of all the electromechanical values and how they interact with the enclosed space....
