Ok then that's not Texas Instruments Dynamic black "copywrited". Optoma is using the term in their manuals which they shouldn't. My guess is the real DB from Ti is too expensive for the cheap models....

Yeah that was called AI it worked off the lamp which is not a good idea. It's not good to flip from bright lamp to low lamp, don't make it a habit. :)

The lamp cover should have a small pin of plastic to release the trigger when closed. Make sure you didn't knock the trigger out of place. Color wheel must hv been a fun project.
