It will become available once the TV receives an input from a Blu-ray or DVD player. It was a Blu-ray player for me. I don't have a DVD player, but the idea should hold true.

Try accessing the "Audio" menu within the player itself, and then change the current, default setting to something else that's available there to see if you get better sound.

All of my factory default offsets are the same as yours except for the B-Drv. Yours is 91 and mine is 8E (which is a +4 from yours). So if your new B-Drv is +22, should I just go to 26...
