Also try set different resolutions. AVRs typically more picky about what resolution and refresh rate it can accept than TVs. Limit yourself to standard video resolutions.

Not necessary. As stated before HD audio (DTS-HD MA and Dolby TrueHD) is currently not supported by the driver. But I'm not sure about HDCP issue.
