Moving WHS 2011 from Current Hardware to New Hardware

1) I want to move WHS 2011 from it's current home on a 2 TB drive to a 120 GB SSD. Of course it will not all fit on the 120 GB SSD, is there a way to clone the 60 GB system partition...
