Please don't add "leavening" agents to your mix (like yeast, for example) unless you want to raise the temperature of the mix to 105F-115F, add some sugar, and let it "rise" for a while....

I used Zinsser FastPrime2 last time I primed...

I used Zinsser FastPrime2 last time I primed drywall. I got it cause it was on sale a little cheaper than Kilz. It's a nice and flat sandable primer.
