Smart move, like I said earlier...It makes little sense to start with 15s when there is a minimal cost difference to go with 18s and have a more capable system from the start.

I can control the light if I desired to. However, I do mainly nighttime viewing so it is not an issue.
I run mine in eco mode and turn down the brightness even with ambient light.
