Some movies are clean as **** at 0dB others rip your head off well below that.

Every movie has their levels mixed differently, never mind music which has no reference....

50hz I would describe as "punchy" but still subwoofer territory. Real midbass would be slightly above the bandwidth of most subs that are crossed...

No. This worked last year when I had the 3050 very much before any updates.

It also worked on my 5100 before the DTS:X update.

Could be a coincidence that it defaults to front height and rear...
