You are asking for trouble if you are hooking up to different devices, ie not all TV's support the same resolution, some have receiver some don't and you will have EDID issues with the Comcast boxes...

20 Amp should be more than sufficient as long as you don't plan on going crazy with amplification.

You should also consider a power bridge solution for your projector so its on your power center.
