On the LG OLEDs, every time you turn off the TV...

On the LG OLEDs, every time you turn off the TV it will disable this, you will have to go into the service menu each time you turn on the TV. Not really a solution.

The important question here is what are the settings on the TV when you are watching SDR? If you are watching SDR at 300+ nits, then HDR will look "dim" SDR is mastered on 100 nit monitors.
