ST2084 is an absolute EOTF, so the only thing that 100% white measurement actually does is to scale some of the graphs correctly, it does not use that to calculate any of the curve or calibration...

This is kind of outdated information, CIE DE2000 is the most modern Color difference metric we have and I would recommend using it for grayscale as well.

DCI-P3 is not a home video colorspace, only BT601, BT.709 and BT.2020 are. The Samsung TVs don't have a "P3 Mode" and HDMI doesn't have a DCI-P3 AVI info frame.

For the ZD9 HDR10 calibration, I would recommend using picture mode Cinema Pro, with local dimming set to medium and extended dynamic range set to High.
