I'd go with the green trace since it has a 3-6dB...

I'd go with the green trace since it has a 3-6dB advantage between 70-120hz. Then, perform the sub distance tweak to bring up the sharp dip near your 60hz crossover point. Should work like a charm.

The delay should have been applied to the subs that are nearer to the MLP. It sounds to me like you did the opposite, but correct me if I'm wrong.

One in the front corner and one in the rear corner but on the same wall will probably excite more room modes than having both up front on the same wall. That being said, experimentation is key. ;)
