Set the Sub Gain to 2-3 O-clock and after you run Audyssey bump the sub trim levels up 3-6 db's and enjoy.

JKP should only be used in a dedicated theater with complete darkness, its truly a reference screen and gives you the " looking out the window look". How high of a gain are you thinking about going?
