I would guess regarding 0013 - in REI it's marked as TS file does open (flags4 = 0x09), perhaps it's lengthy process and you did reboot/stop DVR+ during deleting the record#0013.

I'm pretty sure, main CPU of K77's multi-core processor is x32 type; a speed of fetching data is depend on boundary alignment and number of bytes; for x32 architecture it is DWORD.
