Great info AV_Integrated $$$. One small addition on "label the ends carefully" though. Remember, the cables need terminated, maybe re-terminated and the terminations go on the end of the cable....

Doubt that the Cat5 outlet is part of this, as it appears to only be phone, and poorly done. Pull the Cat5 labeled wall plate and see what color cable is there. Good luck.
