4K blurays don't exist yet though. It's all upconversion for now.

It's hard to tell from the pictures I saw of it, but either way I'm pretty sure the small 3pin and 4pins are just smaller versions of molex, so it would work with an adapter either way.

Yeah Netflix is just poorly coded, but it's an outlier. Most of the apps start reasonably quick. Next gen games have epic load times though...the HDD in the Xbox one isn't any faster than a 360 HDD...
