Looking for all the options to have both Hulu Plus and Netflix without a computer. So far I see Roku and installing the apps on a PS3. What are the other options?

Sounds like too much to fit into the smallish bedroom. I'd go with the living room and then deal with the sound as needed. I think a nice big plush rug will do most of the work for you.

I'd do B for wall front. I think it will work out better for speaker placement. Plus, you won't need as much light control to have a solid picture on the screen during all hours.
