Why not just hang some buy some dark drapery panels, thread them on dowels, and hang via chain from the floor joists?


You could make some acoustical panels and hang them behind the drapery...

How about a row of three seats with a 8-12" deep baffle wall up front then?


I'd soffit the entire room for symmetry. Could be a very high end space with your modest
seating needs.
