I think it's more than the remote. Any 3D capable projector will sync to 3D mode automatically once a 3D is source is present. The US model ignores the signal and goes straight into 2D mode.

about right there fills up the 142" 16:9 screen. it's surprisingly sharp from edge to edge considering how small the DMD is and a plastic lens.

time for a calibration and see how some movies...

it's very likely a plastic lens at this price point. it doesn't have to be a bad thing as long as it has relatively even focus uniformity.

The little plastic lens on the QUMI does a very good job...
