A couple of additional observations:

It is fine to use the adjusting luminance control in the 20 pt to lessen the severity of the r/g/b controls in the 20 pt menu.

The B series has a tiny bit...

I own an i1D3 (though I recently moved on to a Klein K-10), but I always profiled it to a spectro each time I used it, so accuracy of the factory profile was never a concern for me.
However, a...

I think that would be fine. I just chose a moving zone plate because it's movement keeps the display at full brightness and it's a constant low APL load. I use a pattern generator.

Looks like an error in your 10% target. I would double check that. Looks like both the table and measurements have a problem.

However, other than that pretty close, just slightly higher gamma so...

The old rule of thumb for home theater is your eyes should be about a third of the way up from the bottom of the screen.
Your TV is about a foot or so high according to that.
Sometimes you do...

Here is something I posted a while ago that may help at the high end:

Calibrate the 20 point pass-by-pass, NOT in real time. Take a 20 point reading and then, observing an RGB absolute graph (like...

Not sure what you're asking about the 2 point controls being 15% and 85%. I calibrate them at 5% for the lows and 100% for the highs, because the 20 point adjustment goes better if you leave the 5%...

The 2016 models are a little less flaky near black than the EF9500, so you probably won't have to play around with the 5% and brightness controls as much.

I usually have to take the green cut...

Some general observations:

1. This model year (the B-G6) seem more prone to changes in white balance depending on what was displayed for the few minutes prior to measurement. For instance, say...

It normally makes no difference to the calibration settings, though there can be a slight difference in chroma resolution depending on the individual system. To check for this, I use the chroma zone...

I do have an Express calibration service which is less expensive and has a 1 1/2 to 2 hour time goal, but the JVC autocal procedure just can't be done thoroughly in that time. With my normal ISF...

It's fine for gamma, and it's also serviceable as a profiled colorimeter. I use a Spyder 4 with the JVC autocal and then correct with a spectro.

LG OLED 55/65E6 info, issues, and settings

I am doing some additional testing today as well.
We should be testing P3 saturation sweeps inside BT.2020. I don't have time do go into details why at this time but that's what we should be...

LG OLED 55/65E6 info, issues, and settings

I will say though that measuring lower saturation points on these is tricky and may take some guesswork. The reason is, at least with CalMAN, if your gamma is inaccurate the lower saturation readings...

You should do a Spyder autocal with the JVC software as s baseline and then finish up with the C6. You can get a good BT1886 or PL gamma that way.
