I used the door bottom from Ted. Cut it down and painted. The side/top were wooden ones from Home Depot that I also painted to match. Worked out very well.

I ended up 'settling' with an 80 lb solid core...

I ended up 'settling' with an 80 lb solid core door from Lynden doors. I added a layer of Green Glue and 3/4" MDF over top. The 30" wide door ended up weighing 130 lbs. If you go with a 48" door...
