CV sources them from China, and nobody has bench tested this comparing it to other amps to my knowledge. Are you referencing something specific or just going by what a certain zealot on the forum...

Yeah like LTD02 said you can use PEQ to change phase until it matches. That said, this is one of the reason's why I generally recommend just running ported boxes as mixing alignments can be a pain.
