But toofast has a room with two walls out of four!! There are room modes, but how to calculate them is the question. Or better said: what can a room correction s/w like Audyssey do with it?

+1. Meantime, Alan, I always thought subs work in the "good old" analog domain, and so there is no DSP (Digital Signal Processing) involed in the sub amps. I may be wrong here! :confused:

+1. Fully agree. I think even though our ears' roll-off gets lower and lower with aging, there's nothing we really miss. I enjoy my system to the full extent even at my age of 58. :cool:
