The Monstervision and ZF2300 are not compatible. The Monster glasses use the older BC100 emitter, while the ZF2300 must be used with the BC300 only.

Normal splitters also don't change the signal. What comes in, goes out. So they won't help a bitdepth/framerate/HDMI/HDCP mismatch.
