A kit? Never heard of that one before. The best "kit" is the one you build for your room and specific needs. You can use the Riser calc to help with sight lines and determine the height.

It looks to me like the Crowson actuators are the best right not but, they cost. I've heard great things about them, Time to start saving.

Decoupling, mass & damping will help you with sound entering & escaping your room, not the type of insulation. Save a boat load of money and just get plain ole fiberglass.
