It is in Application Options, which is not supported by CP Lite. CP Lite uses Rec. 709 only as the reference gamut. You need CP Standard or higher for access to Options.

It will measure at either 100% or 75% intensity, depending upon what Intensity you select on the Home page.

That will be available in 3.1. You can do it now using the Load Custom Targets feature...
