Sealed can go low, it needs more power and probably some boost. Usually around 20-30hz. IOW, ported is more efficient.

I'm getting in Winisd is with 4cuft at 750w, you're 2mm below max excursion, no EQ. You can use an PEQ and boost 2db at 30hz and you're still below Xmax.
