I'm guessing the TV can't see .wtv files nor play them. Also what's the source for them? If it's from cable and they are copy protected, the TV probably doesn't support the needed DRM to play them.

No need for LAV filters, they are built in to MPC-HC.

Unless you need Reclock, no reason not to go 64 bit IMO.
