Good weather conditions. I sometimes get 64.1 and 64.5 at night as well. But more often I get 9.1 at night and sometimes 9.5, which are both HD. 9.5 and 64.5 is the translator, and 64.5 is SD.

I think an electrician or engineer should answer that question because I am not sure about the grounding issue. But I believe you need a copper wire, a grounding block, and a grounding rod.
