Onward to stuffing. These are R13 batts glued in with 3M number 77 spray adhesive. Not much to say other than "yuk". I'm glad I don't insulate houses for a living....

It's not the DC. It's the high frequency crud that's generated at FULL POWER when the amp clips. The crud goes straight to the tweeter and "poof".
