I'm not an audiophile so I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between different crossovers. I'll probably just set it to 90hz as i'm sure that guy in the article knows a bit more than me. ;) ...

sorry, another question. the bic F12 comes with a 6" power cord. is it ok for the sub (or any other sub) to extend that power cord? and is there a certain thickness of the power cord a sub needs?

Hi all, i see most subwoofers have a phase switch on the back of sub woofers and you can choose either 0 or 180. Some other subs have a dial or more options for the phase. does this matter?
