Yes, the first one is the way to do it, but either will be fine on the narrow flat pack. It's the wide model that I was thinking about, which was the first Titan flat pack I dry fit together.

If you dry fit the box together and lay the baffle on you can see if your braces are in the correct slots. The U shaped brace has to go behind the woofer or the woofer won't fit in the enclosure.

The HTM-6 wasn't really meant to compete with the Volt-6. The HTMs use higher end neo magnet woofers and they all share the same compression driver model, so the cost is going to be quite a bit more...

Regular Deltalites are used in the Fusion-15 and HTM's., not the Titans. Titan woofers use the motor and cones from the Kappalites.

Shipping weight on the HTM-10 kit and flat pack with all the cardboard, corner protectors, etc. is 32lbs. So they would weigh under that. Probably 28lbs or so.
