ok first off move the power supplys to the right wall u want to move these as far away from the amps as possible to keep mains power which is noisy far away if it were me i would mount the heatsinks...

go to harbor freight and buy a cheap ass miter saw i got 12' one for like 100 **** works i only using it for cutting alu extrusions and it works great for that and comes with a decent blade.

all i do for mine is glue another strip of wood...

all i do for mine is glue another strip of wood to the backside of the box to in cress depth then route a hole so i end up with 2'' hole and glue another piece of wood to that hole with 2 holes in it...

i don't have any problem with using a uxl but i only use them upto 25hz but i don't remember having bad dips or peaks upto 50s
