I do not know of any mainstream prepro or AVR that can do this. OTOH, it is a trivial task for an external filter placed between the SW output and the sub.

No. The original nanoAVR firmware had a faulty mixing arrangement for BM which was corrected in the new release. The DL version has no BM.

No one said it cannot do it. What was said was that the original firmware put the bass management after the EQ and that is a no-no. The new firmware puts BM before the EQ where it belongs.

miniDSP has corrected the bass management arrangements so that they are now just fine. Report in next MITR and, of course, info at the miniDSP website.

I cannot comment. yet, on the DL version.
