Please allow me to make the bolded part more clear. In a system without a subwoofer there is no way to set a crossover. There is nowhere to re-direct bass. All speakers will default to Large.

Paradigm Monitor subs have the previously mentioned SUB IN/LFE IN (L) jack. Try to use that input with your initial setup and then run MultEQ without the PBK kit and see how it sounds to your ears....

Tip: leave the PHASE switch on the subwoofer at 0 and forget about it. Let it be out of the way of MultEQ. Should your sub have a separate input typically called LFE-IN its best to use this input....
