I haven't used Harmony in a while, but I remember setting power delays of 25 sec or more. You're still missing something. Did you set the delay in the device or the activity?

That's called volume punch thru. Harmony can't do that in device mode. But it can do it in activity mode. So just make an activity and pick TV for your volume device.

In my experience, with all enhancements turned off, I can detect virtually no visible difference...
