If you are using only two subs, you can use the 2 channel QSC DSP30 or DSP4 to set delays. I prefer the 30 due to it being rack mountable, but they operate the same.

I would highly recommend solidifying your plans first before choosing equipment. You need to define what you need before you research equipment. Sure eliminates most of the competition.
