Looks to be a good start although keep in mind...

Looks to be a good start although keep in mind the surround speakers in a 5.1 setup ideally go to the "sides" of the couch and not to the "rear" of the couch.

All mfr's are going to have a small % of defective units. The new Denon X2100W has 2 HDMI outputs to the main zone with the X3100W having a Zone 2 HDMI output.
