You can use that box but you will have to cut the port size down to about 13" long which will tune you to 25hz. That will still work fine. With a 3" port you need to leave at least 3" from the inner...

The 1 ft3 box probably works best though you could go up to 2 ft3 and gain a couple db advantage down low. Either way you're only going to be able to use a 100 watt amp due to the very low tuning...

Your design is fine as is. If your tune did end up lower then spec'd you will actually end up with a flatter response, so it's a non issue.

I assumed a single round 4" diameter x 26" long port. Which is what I compared above.

It isn't that it's desirable to tune below the amps filter, it's just a way to cheat the port velocity with an...

Your specs show a 4" x 26" port which would tune a 6 ft3 box to 14 hz . Your drawing shows a 2" x 12.5" slot, which if made 26" long would tune your box to 19.25 hz. The 4" port would take up 0.2...

You would also have to figure out the best way to fit something like a 3" x 23.6" port inside a 1.275 ft3 box. That also means accounting for the port volume which will make your box slightly bigger....

Yes that woofer does need a large vented box for an "optimal" alignment. You can stuff it in a smaller box with acceptable results, it just wont look as pretty on paper. 6 ft3 with a 4" x 11" port...

I would try another measurement with the mic 1 meter back from the speaker and directly level with the tweeter axis. That distance and position is likely not showing ideal results.

A pair of 3" diameter x 15" long ports would work. You could just use the precision port kits PE sales. Make sure you arent using the Yung amp with boost.

I'm a little confused by the specs on that slot port. What is the width 14.5? That would put the tuning point at 26.3 hz in a 3 ft3 box. If the port was 1" high you would get a 19 hz tune. Also that...

Yes. But you can move that around if you want and it wont affect anything as in 16Hx18Wx20D is exactly the same thing. Having the smaller numbers for W x D gets you a smaller foot print of course.

The 12" Infinity actually likes a larger box, around 4 ft3 for HT sub duty. If you want a tiny 12" ported sub the RSS315HO is a good choice. 16" x 20" x 18" with a 4" x 32" port. The same applies as...

You could easily stack 4 single subs into whichever configuration works. The upside is you have a modular system that can be repositioned into 4x1, 2x2, or 1x4 whenever you feel like it.

Might just be from 180 degree tweeters in a small room when you're used to a waveguide setup in a treated theater?
