I like my Samsung 42" 6400 -4K . I have 3 samsungs 55" 6300 and a 60" 7100. I like the 6400 the best and you might be able to squeak it in your budget . Good luck

Yes. It use to do it about once every week when new. Then it slowly happened less and less . I can't remember the last time it happened but probably 2 or 3 months ago. Why, I have no idea.

Go to settings. Then picture options. Then auto...

Go to settings. Then picture options. Then auto motion plus. Try the " smooth " setting . This should help with the blurr etc when the camera pans . It did for me.
