This data was never included in the calibration reports. The file I posted in the v2 thread includes the display information. You can keep them separate just by saving them using your own naming...

Select the 75% of Rec 709 gamut. Do the calibration in the Color Management module. When finished there switch back to the Rec. 709 module. You can use 100% or 75% but I recommend 75%.
