Since the Buffalo Bills TV network is on ABC affiliates in Buffalo and Rochester, I believe a last minute deal was reached with ESPN to show the NASCAR race on cable instead of the scheduled High School Football.
ESPN HD on Time Warner. I don't believe any Buffalo stations are showing the race over the air. Channel 7 is of course showing the Bills game. I’ve got one tuner set to channel 1007, the other set to 1052 to keep up with both events.
Looks great in HD on ESPN. I'm switching between the race and the Bills game every few seconds.

But isn't that what your box already does? All DVRs pause, rew, and ffw content. I don't really understand what you're trying to get across here, since while the models may be different, all DVRs have the same basic functionality.
