If either satrad company were smart they would offer him a one year deal just to show how its unrestricted airways are the future since its the subscribers that determine who stays not advertisers scared of the race baiter's.
I only think they are "legally" required to kick the lowest vote getter. Im pretty sure they arraign the other contestants however they feel regardless of how many votes they actually got in order to provide more drama for a "popular"...
