What are other experience's people have had with Epson service? My 5010 (Refurbished purchased in July) is stuck in perma red blinky Thermal protection. Called on Monday, Epson said they'd ship me one, look for it in a couple days. Wednesday comes around and there's no PJ. Call up for a tracking number and find out they haven't shipped anything yet. Tech support did some research but ultimately shrugged and said warehouse is out, *maybe* they'll ship one next week.
