WD does support TrueHD bitstreaming, just not DTS-MA (core only).

You're not instilling confidence in me to retry the A-400 . Had one at launch, only to eBay it promptly due to poor playback, especially 3D.

Boxee Box. Flawed, no longer supported, but easy UI with movie/TV posters. My kids have used them since age 4.

He means Boxee may be fine where you have it connected directly to a secondary TV, and isn't part of your main home theater (with HD audio, etc.). PQ wise, Boxee will look just fine on your 65".
For family use (wife, kids, guests), I still think it has the best, easiest UI, provided you can tolerate the issues (not HD audio, more of TV episodes not being found, misidentified, etc. even with NFO's; outdated apps, more and more...
