So you're giving each driver 2k watts. First thing is you need to pick a driver that can handle that kind of power since this had become a regular occurrence for you... what are the enclosure specs? Are you willing to sacrifice the 19hz...
Do you have a size constraint? I would think a pair of dual 18" 30hz ported subs, with an extra ep4k, for bridge 2k watts to each sub would be enough for most people? 4ea B&C...

I cant find the ts parameters for that woofer anymore. Do you have the spec sheet with the sub?
Bash 500 hpf is about 18hz.

If you have a sub tuned to 20hz you NEED a high pass around 20hz.... OP have you decided ported or sealed?
