So does it happen with any lamp setting? I'm going to point to your DVI input board. Maybe try input 8 and see if it's still there. Also, if you open the chassis the dvi input has like a 9' long dvi cable connecting it to the circuitry...

Isn't yours a dual lamp like ours? Do you run both at the same time or alternate? If there's service needed; Mark Stephens is the man at DPI, but he has a protege that's female and is super sharp I just can't remember her name. Dan
