Well they aren't streaming Dolby Digital plus, so them not streaming 1080p shouldn't come as much as a surprise.

Why isn't the 5.1 audio Dolby Digital plus as advertised?

Not sure what G4 HD has to do with local HD, but I get the channel on my box.

It's just as stupid as when I had TWC ,and they called themselves the home of free hd. However, that was not completely true, and neither is E* lastest promotion.

the lawsuit has nothing to do with the current hd vip dvr

looks like it was 8/08. Never found a single disc it would not play.
