Sent my new Momitsu 880 in for warranty repair 3 weeks ago. Wondering how long it's taken others to get their unit repaired and returned?
I haven't heard a word back yet.
I did get to watch 2 movies before it broke :o(

My 2 month old, seldom used 880 was sent in for warranty repair last week. Freeze up - stutter problems, Then it wouldn't detect a dvd after it was inserted. Only Watched 2 dvd's before it acted up, lol
Momitsu had me send it to a guy...
He said he's from Brazil- and wants to pay with Paypal and ship to his Miami address. Only a $50 part. Sounds different

I'm trying to return my player for warranty work. I wrote them for help,info etc. They said to contact Momitsu.com Haven't heard from them yet :(
