More progress to report on the extended warranty claim filed by one of my LaserVue customers. CPS sent a repairman to the customer's home last weekend and, just yesterday, the technician informed me that Mitsubishi will – at my strong urging over the past week – supply him with the parts needed to fix this set. So it seems that parts ARE available, if you know whom to ask. Will let you know the final outcome, but this is encouraging so far. . . .
